<title>Arguments Due February 10 for Lakeside and Loma Prieta School Measure on May Ballot
</title>
<link>http://www.votescount.com/may10/205pr.htm</link>
<description>Persons interested in writing an argument for or against the Lakeside School parcel tax measure or the Loma Prieta School parcel tax measure scheduled for the May 4, 2010 all-mail ballot election must file their argument by 5 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
If, however, the incumbent for any office who is eligible to stand for re-election does not file by Friday, the filing will be extended until 5 p.m. March 17 for anyone other than the incumbent to file. The extension does not apply to candidates for judicial office as they had to file a Declaration of Intention prior to filing nomination documents.
